My son wanted to join the Marine Corps since he was in 3rd grade. During his sophomore year of high school, he was injured and had to quit playing football, which he had played since he was four years old. He started putting on weight, which he continued to do after leaving home to go to college. By the time he made up his mind that he was ready to sign up, he was over 100 pounds above the weight limit to be accepted by the Marine Corps. He felt completely overwhelmed and discouraged by the daunting task of losing that much weight and getting into good enough shape to pass the physical fitness test. That’s when I contacted Danielle.
Danielle started him on a workout routine and eating plan. But the most important thing she did was give him hope. She helped him see a vision of himself that he could not see through his self-doubt and fear. She helped him take one day at a time with the idea that each day was one step closer to his goal.
On days he felt he was never going to reach his goal the self-doubt would start to creep in. She gave him encouragement and helped him to believe in himself. When he faltered from time to time, she gave him correction, both gentle and stern depending on the situation. She got to know him so well that she could tell by his demeanor what he was needing before things got worse and before he had to ask, which is something he has a very difficult time doing she addressed his mind, body and soul.
It took almost a year, but he was able to meet his weight goal, pass the physical fitness test with flying colors, and is now a United States Marine. I am so grateful to Danielle for helping my son make his dream come true. I truly do not believe he would have been able to do it without her.

UPDATE: Since this testimony has been written Austin served a four year term in the Marine Crop. He is now using his military GI Bill to get his college degree. (2024)
Working with Danielle has been nothing short of life-changing. When I found myself in the darkest corners of addiction, Danielle came into my life as a mentor, guiding me through the seemingly impossible trials I faced. She didn't just offer advice or encouragement; she walked beside me through every struggle, every setback, and every small victory
Danielle introduced me to the power of scripture and became a spiritual guide, pointing me towards the one true source of healing and strength - God. Through her wisdom, compassion, and unwavering support, she helped me understand that true freedom from addiction could only be found in a relationship with Christ.
I am now helping set others free from addiction and working with women who were held captive in human trafficking. I am a true miracle - With God, all things are possible.

In the summer before my son entered high school, he needed a boost with his self-image. I called Danielle and asked her if she would be willing to train him and work with him on making better food choices. She said she would pray about it and get back to me, as someone else had approached her to do the same for their son. After a few days, she called back with a yes! She not only wanted to train them together but also provided mentorship as well. I was totally blown away by her plan. Her plan was to provide a faith-based approach, get to know the boys, and teach them about what God wanted for them spiritually and physically. She worked out with them, had a bible study with them, and lined up activities for them that pushed them out of their comfort zone. They made sandwiches and delivered them to the homeless, they built toy boxes out of wood (with a woodworking friend), they went to lunch and learned to make healthy choices, and they went paddleboarding and kayaking in Lake Woodlands. It was a great summer for my son; he will always remember Danielle, her kindness, encouragement, and willingness to push him out of his comfort zone.

I was so weighed down by the guilt from my past that it affected my life in such negative ways. Since Danielle has been my mentor, she has helped me learn how to have a more real and personal relationship with God. She has helped me see how God speaks, answers prayers, how God wants us to be free from bondage, and so much more. She has done so much for me. It’s hard for me to put it into words. But I can now say that weight has been taken off my shoulders. I know I still have a long way to go, but now, every day I can see God is here with me, helping me, and has so much love for me. Danielle is such a wonderful gift, and I am so thankful to her for everything.
